Five of of the best... Rustic chic

So, I've been keeping an eye on the emergence of the folk or rustic chic trend which is set to be a big thing at the music festivals this summer.

It's a bit of a confused one because it takes in so many things like: florals and patterns (but not the big, bold graphic type), broiderie anglaise (but only in neutrals), patchwork, embroidery and crochet.

Accessories of choice are canvass shoppers, gladiator sandals, wooden bangles, chunky bead necklaces and wellies (yes, they will be back). Think farm girl meets fashionista and you'll be just about right. Pitch fork and hay bail, optional.
ASOS button-through print shirt with pocket detail, £18
